Q.
My doc has suggested me for induced labor in 38th week. Considering I had high mean uterine. I Can anyone help wht shud I do??

There are two ways for natural labour you can go ahead with having castor oil after consulting the doctor and if you looking forward for a normal delivery only then you can ask you to do your doctor to do a sweep stretch that is going to help in opening of the opening of for vagina and within 24 to 48 hours you should be in your labour
