my delivery last 5years old after my 3rd delivery my stomach come so big what can do for my stomach and weight I walked daily 1 hours morning and evening I'm so disturbed in this problem tell me some instructions please

A. Hi Losing weight & fat on tummy will take sufficient time & patience. You need to avoid foods like sugar, fried foods, junk & bakery products Include more of vegetables fruits, protein rich food slike skim milk, low fat paneer. egg white pulses Exercise daily for 1 hour daily

A. I would recommend you try intermittent fasting for 16 hours wherever you do not need anything for 16 hours after having dinner everyday apart from that I would recommend to have cinnamon honey with warm water at night before sleeping
