my delivery is normal delivery only I have 5 months baby.... my tummy is so lose and big....what should I do to reduce my tummy.what exercise I should do kindly tell me

A. Since you had a normal delivery you can start doing yoga basic yoga exercises Surya Namaskar and all you can start right now it’s a very good time for you to start with I do not suggest you to do regress exercising right now that would not be good but you definitely can go ahead with basic Surya Namaskar Yoga
