Q.

My daughter who is 1 year 5 months most of the time walk on her toes even know shoes are all babies like that? Other then this she is fine she maintains eye contact started speaking also singing and no other abnormal behavior.

A. toe walking is many times seen in children after completion of 1 year of age. sometimes it is intermittent as well as sometimes it is continuous. usually this habit goes away with increasing age of the child usually by x2 years of age. it is advisable that in between whenever you meet your pediatrician you can discuss this problem as well as take a video xwhen the child is toe walking and share it with your pediatrician who will tell you if any intervention is required or not.
