my daughter weight is 37 kg ,she is overweight what we do for my girl

A. Hi Your child is in a growth stage so make sure to give her lot of nutritious foods like pulses , sprouts, curd, milk, paneer, egg. fish , fruits , almonds. walnuts Avoid sugar. sweets , junk , fried, bread, biscuits, chocolates Make her engage in physical activity like swimming, football, cycling, skipping, jumping for atleast an hour daily
