Q.

My daughter was potty trained but now she doens't give any clue if she wants to poop because of which she poops in diaper .Same is for urine she does not pee in toilet but pees in her pants . I try keeping her diaper free but because of above reasons I cannot. She is currently 13 months old

A. Hello! This seems to be some kind of regression phase in your child. Your child is too young, even to have a consistent training, and so these setbacks will occur. You need to be having lots of patience and try for scheduled potty breaks.
