my daughter was 8 months old. for me caesarean delivery,can I drive two wheeler now??

Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food
Offer different varieties of food
Do abdominal stretching exercise
Maintain hygiene
Take calcium supplements vitamins supplements protein powder
