My daughter vaanya has constipation problem from birth. she do potty daily but her potty is very hard and also cause bleeding and pain. Sir, can you please suggest something for her

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. daughter with constipation and and child is having constipation problem give plenty of liquids and high fibre in the diet it is very helpful while giving food causing constipation in the child and consult your doctor once for needful

Hi parent Don't use RO water as it's demineralized Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Don't over feed her and never force her to eat anything Keep.her hydrated You may give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time (don't. wake her up though) Give her more probiotics and citrus fruits
