My daughter turned one.. but she has two lower incisors teeths......is it normal?

A. Yesh Absolutely normal other will come over the period of a child can have its complete set of teeth by mostly age of 3 to 3 1/2 years so as of now two are there so it’s completely normal like a said the other will come over the passage of time
