Q.

my daughter touched a random flower tree of road side while going to school, I think that tree has some kind of saliva on it and she didn't was her hand and went school, I am worried that it could be dog saliva as there is so much street dogs roaming around the road side, and I am getting nervous that it can lead to Rabies, as I am thinking that it could be the saliva of a rabid dog and my daughter always has open wound near her finger nails, is it really that touching a saliva in that tree can leads to rabies, what should I do

A. Hello dear parent! Without proper physical examination, it is not possible to understand the condition. Consult your child’s doctor for a personal evaluation and seek for the advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene routine for your child and follow your doctors advice. Good luck and take care.
