my daughter tongue always appear with white patch.. I regularly clean it but next day it again turns like this... anybody suggestion for that

A. Hello my dear parent! Seems to be oral thrush. Get your child personally examined by the paediatrician and seek medical guidance in this matter. Maintain a good personal hygiene routine for the child and follow your doctors advice. Good luck and take care.
