A. if the temperature is above 99 degree it is considered as fever in such a case you give calpol 3 times in a day cold sponging can be given to the baby and maintain hydration if continues talk todoctor for vomiting you can give domstal to your baby but it is indicated of some infection you should consult doctor surely
