If it is not getting relieved, you should first consult with proper gynecologists and only then give the medications according to the need

You can get stomach pain medicine to the child and also you can keep a hot water bottle on the stomach of your child that’s going to be helpful and initially for one year state has been seen that with kids period can be seen the painful so what is needed to be done kindly consult with your doctor one time
