Q.

my daughter sometimes face constipation, she feels very difficult sometimes to pass the stools. she even cries and get cranky at times. I am giving her plenty of water and fiber in her food but then too it happens. What should I do ?

A. Hello, your baby girl is 22 months old and she is having a constipation so give her papya and apple crush and vegetables smash and oatmeal daily and plenty of water

A. Foods that ease constipation First, make sure your little one is eating non-binding, low-fat foods that are high in fiber like potatoes, raspberries, whole-wheat pasta, avocado and pears. Because fiber is ingested, but not digested, it adds bulk to the stool that makes it pass through the digestive system more easily.
