my daughter sleeps for 12hrs continuous at night but drink at least one bottle of milk(cow milk 110ml).. and rest 300-500ml water . I want to stop giving her milk completely..how should I do it ?.. she is 23months old

A. Thanks for the response .I did it on the same night.today is the 6th day she hasn't asked for milk for even one's at night . Thank you

A. Just give water in the night when the child wants it because if you replace milk entirely with water then the child would learn to sleep better in the night without even waking up once in the night to take a feed
