Q.
My 2year 1 month old son drinks milk 5 to 6 times at night. I mix 500ml Nandini normal(blue pack) with 500ml water. he drinks whole of that every night. Is it normal and ok to drink so much liquid at night?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. generally at this age they don't use to stop night feeding, now don't dilute milk, as he is 2 year old.. Offer a good amount of feed right before you go to bed.
