my daughter skin ia very dark.. she's 4.5 years old, daily we used to apply Himalaya lotion and cream for face.. but still no any changes. so could anyone suggest best cream or oil to get fair and glowing skin

A. the complexion skin tone depends upon the parents family and the genetic so don't worry if your baby is healthy because every baby is beautiful and his own way and you should not feel like fair or glowing skin is the best
