my daughter she is 4 years wht types of food ,drinks better ma baby .she didn't drink health drinks like horlicks

A. Hello dear parent! Nothing to worry as long as your child is active and healthy. Limit the dairy intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet.
