My daughter she is 23 months old and i have observed some issue on her back of ears attached the image and not sure why this is happening can someone please suggest

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 4 m old girl2 weeks agoA. Be associated with some allergy I would just recommend you to clean it properly with a mild and is septic liquid and after that you apply Boroline antiseptic cream and get examined by the doctor for clarity over the situation
