A. know what can be done for hard stools or constipation is common in toddlers. For immediate relief can use a glycerine suppository . Give plenty of water and fluids with a high fibre content diet along with whole grains like brown rice and fruits like papaya or apple  and leafy vegetables to baby

A. Offer her high-fiber foods like prunes, berries, oatmeal, whole grains, spinach, and beans. Offer her water, pear juice, and prune juice at meals. If you need more fiber, you can even sneak in a fiber supplement like Benefiber; a tablespoon or two a day may really help.
