My daughter's skin is very rough ,what cream shall i apply on her face during summer and my second daughter (9 months only)pee only 3 times a day ,is that i subject of concern

Because of seasonal change her skin has some effect.
No need to apply any cream in summers.
Momsco or Chico creams can be used
Coconut oil massage daily with her stomach empty is very helpful.
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Keep them hydrated
Don't iuse RO water
