my daughter's front upper teeth are broken. It has been almost 7 months since her permanent teeth should not come. what to do pls suggest me.

A. Hi consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical and radiographic examination of this condition. usually within a gap of 3-6 months, after shedding of milk teeth, permanent teeth erupts..
