Q.
my daughter's cough n cold is coming again n again for one and half month ever after proper treatment ...no fever..wat should I do now

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. it is in diagnosis of allergic cough cold . here the child will have regular cough and cold which is usually not associated with fever . it increases and decreases but does not get cured completely. dr will give anti allergic medicine usually motelukast / levocetirizine. if its still not improving the next line of treatment will be inhaler therapy with mdi / nebulizer. allergy can be environmentalx (temperature variation -hot to cold weather/ cold water intake / dust / smoke / pollens) , food , chocolate / packet preservatives food and swxeet food also. body cannot sustain such allergic changes leading to cough cold usually at evening /night and morning.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi it should be allergic so please get it checked for once keep her well hydrated give turmeric milk once in a day avoid giving cold and sugary food items frequently give Sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
