hope your child is not constipated. if yes then include Fibre rich foods like fruits and vegetables, whole grain , banana , papaya etc.
try different varieties of food , give small and frequent meals. prepare her favorite dish in a healthy way.
give enough water.
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you can try with different food option and recipe and also try giving small portion of food frequently instead of one large meal at a time so that the child will be able to take it and also include more of fruits which is a natural appetizer that can help too
