my daughter's age is 3 years 8 months old her weight is just 13 kg,,, plz suggest me the complete diet chart for her,,, she always claim I have pain in my knees, plz suggest what I do

A. hi weight is ok but as a child is complaining for knee pain ,it could be result of injury or nutritional deficiencies. so please visit your pediatrician for once. give calcium rich food like Ragi , nuts, dairy products etc more give sunbath for 20 minutes a day. give gentle massage with Babyhug coconut oil. avoid giving RO water.
