my daughter's 2-3 front tooth is all yellowish and has holes in it. We brush every day but I don't know when it got this worse. How to prevent it from getting worse. and I m worried it might spread to other tooth as well

you must consult your dentist as cavity is formed.
please brush your child teeth twice a day with low flouride toothpaste.
offer calcium rich food like ragi, nuts, dairy products etc more.
avoid giving sticky and sugary food.
keep your child well hydrated
