A. Height or overall health growth and development ke liye zaroori hai ki aap baby ko fresh, home cooked and variety of nutritious foods like eggs, seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, dry fruits, cereals, oatmeal, avocado, milk, etc. Engage in physical activities like running, jumping, climbing, hanging, cycling and other outdoor games. Keep tge baby well hydrated with water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water.
