my daughter of 6 year old takes 2-3 hours in eating..I get tensed ..plzz reply what to do

A. Some kids are slow eaters and there is nothing to worry about. Try to encourage your kid to eat well and chew well. Make sure to maintain proper gap between Meals so that the kid feels hungry and eats well and that too quickly. The family should have all the meals together if possible so that the kid inculcates good healthy eating habits from parents and siblings. Try to give different varieties and textures of foods and give him a few healthy choices to choose from. Try combining different healthy foods to create delicious and visually appealing dishes.
