my daughter of 3 and half year is having only fever since from 3 days it's subsides syp.paracetomol and syp.taxim o later on in midnight fever occurs again..what to do for this?

A. do not self treat baby as if baby has fever and which is not better with anti biotics then baby s having infection so first treat the cause of fever
