My daughter not speaking right now. what can I do? nd she is very cranky dis days.

Teething Can make a child or cranky so I believe that could be the reason the rest for this you can search check the gums of your child to be more sure about it secondly if your child is in speaking but understanding every thing then that is still a good sign and for this speech I would recommend you to consult your doctor ones regarding may be a speech therapist would be able to give you a clarity on this
