AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy1 week agoA. Hello mam height is genetic and depends on the height of the parents. height will increase as the child grows up.. Also give all that u cook for ur family. include ghee ,dry fruits, egg, potatoes ,rice ,avocado ,ragi ,banana shake ,paneer etc in diet for weight gain
