A three year old should be in 15-17 kg and 95-100cm.
Feed balanced diet with 3 meals and 2 snacks include fruits and vegetables,dal,milk and diary products,dry fruits, makhana,egg,meat ,fish in regular diet.
Expose baby to sunlight daily it's the best source of vitamin D and engage physical activities which helps in increasing baby's height.
