Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently. There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out. Common causes are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection . Syp cyclopam jo5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy2 years agoA. Hi mom Can be due to worms in stomach. Give albendenzol to deworm ur child. If no improvement then consult your doctor for the same as he will prescribe medicine after the proper evaluation. Take care
