My daughter just turned 3. And for the last few days she is not eating well she just wants to have liquids. Can you please let me know what could be the issue.

A. well it may be because of digestive issue as gas indigestion constipation issue.. you can give Himalaya Bonnison.. it could be because of worming.. consult the doctor for deworming medicine.. keep baby well hydrated..
