#asktheexpert my daughter is very weak her wrists,ankles are small in size and she is lean with weight of 10 kgs

A. Namaste Mom , One is their normal body structure their metabolism could be such. other is provide foods rich in protein , calcium, vitmain D so milk, panner , dry fruits , soya , legumes such as lobia , chana etc , millets , green leafy vegetables , eggs , chicken , fish etc if preffered , morning sunlight exposure
