my daughter is under weigh 3.7 years. 10.8.jan 2024 10.8.then increase to 11.5.then again reduced. I'm worried

A. Right now your child should be somewhere around 15 kg so I think it would be better for you to consult a nutrition expert for a proper diet plan and health supplements that you can offer to the child which will help in better weight gain and growth of your child
