my daughter is two year old ...having issue of vomitting and loose motions....for two days what should i do....she is not eating anything

Maam could be associated with infection in the stomach or it could probably be associated with stomach discomfort or maybe there is some another issue associated with the gut it could be food poisoning also so you need to visit your doctor for further assistance
