Q.
My daughter is turning one year old on 13th. I am pregnant with another baby. My last periods happened on 12th sep. Can i get abortion done at home with unwanted kit since I don't want this baby. My age is 31. Please advise if I will be able to abort at this stage or not

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. Hello dear It is not ideal that you try abortion at home because firstly the medications may not be able to clear the products completely and it may lead to uncontrollable bleeding . Consult your doctor asap to start the process

Author of questionMom of a 4 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. My doctor told me that i can do it at home but there is no guarantee I will be able to. She told me to take three pills of mifepristone and then three pills of misopristol (repeat at 3 hours) vaginally. But then she said to come after few days for ultrasound and DnC if needed.Is it safe? Please help

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 1 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom yes u can abort ur pregnancy within 3 months but it should be terminated only under the guidance of your gynecologist.. Consult your gynecologist for the same. Take care and all the best
