Q.

My daughter is three years old. She eats almost everything we give her. Her haemoglobin is always 9. What should we do?

A. Maybe a child is having generally low iron level so you should include more of iron based food to the child and start with an iron supplement you would require it because the child is the expected haemoglobin levels but it is not very much with regular medication and good Iron rich food the child is going to meet up the need
