Q.

my daughter is three years old. she active bt some times she's not eaten food properly and she's looks so slim. can u tell the reason?

A. Hello , your baby girl is 3.6 years old and she doesn’t eat properly and she looks weak so deworm her and give her iron medicine and an apetizer like cypon

A. If the child is not having it sometimes that’s okay maybe your child is not in a mood to eat but if it is happening most of the time like out of six or seven times out of 10 that could be a deficiency of iron in the body so you will have to get it checked with the doctor once
