Q.
my daughter is sufffering from cold since five days. i am giving medicines given by doctor without fail. but still she has not yet recovered..

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 4 months old now sometimes the dose of medicine might require to increase or if cold is of allergic type some other medicine might be required to start so consult with your pediatrician

Use saline nasal drops
Give indirect steam inhalation
Give adequate feeding
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Try to keep head up position while feeding
BM contains natural antibiotics to cure infection like cold cough naturally
