Anusha KMom of a 1 yr 8 m old girl2 weeks agoA. That looks like severe tooth decay/cavities in the back teeth of the child. The dark brown/black holes suggest the teeth may be badly damaged, and this usually cannot be cured by toothpaste alone.
The child should be taken to a pediatric dentist (child dentist) as soon as possible because untreated cavities can cause pain, infection, difficulty eating, swelling and can even affect permanent teeth later.
Use fluoride toothpaste for kids a pea-sized amount only, brush twice daily, adult supervision is important.
