my daughter is suffering from high fever 102 .I am giving colool 250 mg with the interval of 6hoirs but fever is not getting down. please suggest me. some antibiotic or any other medical

A. that scan be dengue fever so. It is not possible to comment upon what is the issue so best would be to consult a doctor nearby and if needed some test might be required and then any treatment or management can be advised about this .
