Q.

My daughter is suffering from constipation from birth, we took her to 3 to 4 doctors , all the doctors said it is common in kids. And as I observed she is most constipated when she have biscuits and chocolates , even though we are avoiding junk food most of the time , sometimes she is constipated , what can we do at home to help her?

A. The problem of constipation will decrease with proper diet modification that is plenty of water and fibre diet and try to give more papaya oats and fennel seeds water to the child.x You may have to give a course of constipation medicine to the child to stabilize the child from the pain. Constipation usually decreases with increasing age of the child and medicinesx give only symptomatic relief.

A. Start applying castor oil into the navel of the child before you put your child to sleep you can also start the day with a glass of warm water followed by papaya and reduce down on things like chocolates and biscuits due to high content of refined flour and sugar also sometimes a child can face this kind of issue and increase the intake of liquids for your child
