A. For healthy weight gain, it is important to include fat and protein rich foods in baby's diet like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, legumes, ghee, chicken, eggs, rice water, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado and milk. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids.
