my daughter is so lean which type food is good for weight gain?

A. Namaste Mom, Been lean is not a concern as far as the child is active for the age and eating healthy as such, as per the age the child should be used to family foods as such, you could probably give them ghee, panner, fruit milk shakes, eggs, dry fruits , nuts , seeds, dals, legumes such as chana, rajma etc sago, chicken , soya etc
