Include foods like potato other tubers, sprouts, curd, seasonal fruits, leafy vegetables, paneer, nuts, ragi other millets, dals.
Try recipes - paneer cheese paratha, aloo tikki, nuts ladoo, dal kachori, palak khichdi, fruit milkshake, ragi chocolate pancake.
