Q.

my daughter is not gaining weight .... which type of food I gave her so that she will gain weight???

A. Hello! Give your child nutrient dense and calorie dense food. Give your child small frequent meals which are home made and healthy too. Include foods like potato other tubers, sprouts, curd, seasonal fruits, leafy vegetables, paneer, nuts, ragi other millets, dals. Try recipes - paneer cheese paratha, aloo tikki, nuts ladoo, dal kachori, palak khichdi, fruit milkshake, ragi chocolate pancake. Hope this helps!

You should give every thing traditionally whatever is being cooked at home whatever we eat on an every day basis is the most healthy food to be given to the child as well so if your child is going to eat that much only that’s going to be good enough for the overall growth of the childWrite Your Answer Here
