Q.

my daughter is premature one and now she is in nicu. Doctors are saying that she has ulcer due to mother feed which is having high proteins? is it correct reason for the new born ulcer

A. dear mum breast milk has the right and perfect nutrition for baby that is why it is recommended to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete even premature baby should be breastfeed and skin to skin contact you can discuss in detail regarding the reason with the doctor

Q. #asktheexpert My baby born in 35 weeks +5 days with c section due to fluid around the baby was too much. my baby weight was 2.5 kg at the birth time and he cried too. doctors said he is having breathing deficulties and hence shifted to NICU. initially he was on cpp flow but later he started breathing in room for 5 days including one day in our private room. but due to breathing deficulties again shifted to NICU. his chest goes down and up when he is breathing and still in NICU. doctors are saying he has upper airwaves problem and to treat him they are giving dexa methazone . when he will be out from NICU.
