there is a possibility that your child is having nutritional deficiencyc which is causing such changes in the child so give plenty of water and seasonal fruits and vegetables and meet your doctor who will tell you whether any health supplements in the form of iron calcium vitamin d or multi vitamin is required or not

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
