Q.
My daughter is passing pebble like stools from quite some time now. She has to make a lot of effort while passing the stool. At times she passes hard lumps in small quantity and other times she has partly hard pebble lumps and partly normal stool. Pls suggest.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. constipation is treated by diet modification with high fibres and plenty of liquids in diet as well as lactulose for polyethylene glycol can be guuiven in proper dosages if required on medical advice .
